Contribution to Lawmaking
Inga consulted government ministers on matters concerning operations of municipalities and progress of the projects implemented by them, environmental protection matters and remediation projects as well as development of a new legislative framework for construction and energy matters

While serving as a member of the Management Board at the Riga Free Port and currently being the president of the Baltic Association of Transport and Logistics, Inga has gained valuable experience in port operation and development matters as well as in the transit and logistics sector. Inga is an author of several amendments to legislative acts, (including amendments to the Regulations on The Freeport of Riga and Ventspils, amendments to the Railway Law, and regulatory amendments for implementation of the recommendations of the World Bank on improvement of competitiveness of the Latvian ports)

Inga has been adviser of construction issues at Ministry of Economy, participated in the construction of the new regulatory development and driven by the approval of the government
