  • Representation of Melt Water in the General Court of the Court of Justice of the European Union during an oral hearing chaired by the President of the Court (2014)
  • Representation of leading European transport and logistics company Deutsche Bahn International in several disputes regarding the design works for Lithuanian railways with claims of approx. 30 MEUR (2011-present)
  • Successful representation of Farwick Muhlen-Maschinenbau GmbH in a legal dispute regarding the largest bioethanol factory in the Baltic States (2014)
  • Successful representation of the world leader in air conditioning systems Trane Polska in a legal dispute regarding the damages occurred during installation works (2015)
  • Successful representation of Meyer & John in a legal dispute regarding public procurement for the acquisition of 9.4 MEUR contract works in Šiauliai Industrial Park (2013)
  • Successful representation of one of the largest Lithuanian universities, Klaipėda University, in a legal dispute regarding public procurement for the acquisition of a 12 MEUR scientific research vessel (2012)
  • Representation of the leading Europeanmanufacturer of turbochargers BorgWarner in a legal dispute against the insurance company regarding losses caused by a thermal event (2012)
